Bonneville Fish Hatchery and the Oregon Sturgeon Center are closed to the public until further notice due to hazardous conditions caused by recent snow and ice storms.

Many of the trees on the hatchery property have broken branches that have not yet fallen to the ground, which create a public hazard. In addition, the sturgeon center for Herman the Sturgeon is closed because of remaining ice on the stairs and the handicap ramp.

The closure is effective immediately until further notice. Any questions regarding the closure can be made directly to the hatchery at 541-374-8393, ext. 221.
