Fishing in the bay dropped off after the last high water event, and has been moderate to slow the last week. There should still be fresh fish coming in throughout November though. Trolling herring in the lower bay and spinners in the upper bay are the go to techniques.
Anglers are reminded that there is NO wild coho retention in the rivers and bays this year, and that two rods are prohibited on all coastal rivers, tidewater, estuaries and bays.
