Currently flows are still fairly low for this time of year, around 1,250 cfs as of March 11 and should stay in fairly good shape all week.  Some rain is expected in the early part of the week which may bump up the flows a bit.  There are still a few summer steelhead in the river at the moment, most of these above Waterloo.  Over 9,000 fish have navigated up Willamette Falls and a fair number of these have made it into the South Santiam.  Just over 1,390 summer steelhead have entered the ladder at Foster as of Nov. 19.
