This reservoir will be stocked with 700 larger and 300 trophy rainbow trout this week. It was stocked with 2,000 legal and 300 larger rainbow trout last week. Although there were no fishing reports, I’m sure there was success this past weekend. Fishing has been good for holdover rainbow trout in the 12- to 14-inch range with a few larger fish, up to 21-inches, caught. Trolling both flies and lures were most productive. Two weekends ago fishing with bait on the shore was also producing fish in the 12- to 20-inch category.
