Fishing continues to be slow for redband trout. Water temperatures are peaking at 70 degrees in the lower river. Fishing for yellow perch should be fair. Try the area above Saddle Mtn. Pit Road Bridge. Fishing should also be great for the few bass that occur in the river if you can find them.
Best fishing is near the Beatty area. The boat ramp in Beatty is now open.
