The Kilchis will be getting low and clear, which can make steelhead fishing challenging. Definitely have your low water techniques, tactics and tackle if you choose to target this basin this week. There are no hatchery releases of winter steelhead on the Kilchis, but there should be wild fish (catch and release only) throughout the system.
