Slow. Fish movement has been slow and fishing pressure has been down. Through monitoring activities, ODFW staff have seen winter steelhead spawning in the tributaries. Peak spawning is still several weeks away. Anglers are seeing spawned out steelhead in about half of their catch. Please remember to practice good fish handling techniques to reduce stress on released fish.
