Back on Detroit today to scout for kokanee. Fish are scattered. Only a few small groups could be found. Never the less it was a fantastic day with my fishing pal Jeff. I did manage to bring onto the boat my biggest kokanee this year yet.....15 INCHES WOW!!!!! Caught on Kokaneekid black super mysis and a Arrow-Fast silver with moon glow center dodger. 32 feet down with a 20 foot set back off a downrigger. Speed was 1.0. All in all the day was perfect until 1100 am the wind came out of nowhere and blew us off the lake. If you would like to book a trip today for May or June, give me a text or call.
