Summer steelhead have begun to enter the Clackamas

While there are still some winter steelhead in the system, the season for the most part has come to an end. Summer steelhead have begun to enter the Clackamas and spring Chinook are on the horizon.
During the winter months, flow and visibility on the Clackamas will be affected by each passing front and change in snow levels.
USGS hydrological data readings from the Estacada gauge near Milo McIver State Park. Hydrologic data and river forecasts can also be accessed on the NOAA/National Weather Service NW River Forecast Center -- NW River Forecast Center.
