Well, I hope the spell has been broken !!! Today Todd & Duane had the pleasure to reel in 7 kokanee, one was 14". The trout were even pretty nice for their BBQ. Thanks guys for a wonderful day and most importantly, THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE " two super veterans having a great day together fishing. I hope you enjoy your supper. The color was orange, and yes you guessed it, Kokaneekid orange super mysis bug along with his orange twisted hoochie came thru. The action was from Arrow-Fast dodgers silver moon. The depth was 31 feet with 30-60' set backs. The water also seemed a little more clearer than days past. Keep your fingers crossed for better kokanee days on Detroit Lake.
