Salmon fishing this morning was really good as we had two boats out there on the salmon grounds and both did especially well.  No limits on either boat but pretty close on one and better then one per rod on the other.  There were many-many throw back fish with the adipose fin and the action as pretty much non-stop.  TheMr Max caught a beautiful 20 pound King salmon with the picture here to your right.  The fishery is terrific this summer but I guess you could say that an angler on a charter vessel or a private sport boat you need a little luck to get the ones we can keep.

The bottom fishing this morning with some cold water back was hit and miss with one vessel doing

exceedingly well and others struggles a bit.  As we spoke of before the slower sea bass bite gives a better opportunity for the Cabezon and Lingcod to bite and that did happen this morning.

Crabbing was really food again this morning.
