Bag limits on Phillips Reservoir have been reinstated as of Oct. 10, 2021. Remember that tiger musky and bull trout must be released unharmed.
Ice continues to accumulate on Phillips near the Mason Dam boat ramp. Fishing pressure has picked up slightly, but no recent fishing reports have been received. There were reports of some large rainbow trout caught out of Phillips Reservoir last fall and some of those large fish may be available throughout the winter. The reservoir is still extremely low, and anglers should be prepared to hike to access the ice.
