Bass fishing is picking up in Lower Empire Lake

Trout were stocked at the end of May into Empire Lake. Anglers are having success catching trout on PowerBait or by casting spinners.
Bass fishing is picking up in Lower Empire Lake and soon bluegill and crappie fishing will pick up also.
