Whales abound off our coast today and we are loving it! Every Whale Watching cruise we sent out today has seen our favorite blubbery friends. You may hear the word 'blubber' in a comedic sense, but this is a very important part of marine mammal anatomy. It is a substance that covers their entire body except the flippers and flukes (tail fins). Blubber stores energy, provides warmth, and aides in controlling buoyancy (their position in the water). This is the time of year for the Gray Whales to bulk up and build their blubbr layer for the winter. Come witness these amazing creatues up close. Book your cruise online or give us a call!

If you would like to go fishing or whale watching with us please BOOK ONLINE or call (541) 765-2345.

Don't miss your chance to make a new flippered friend! Join us on...... Read More
