Our favorite residents continue to make multiple appearances daily! These gentle giants can grow up to 49 feet and weigh around 60,000 pounds. An animal that big has to eat quite a lot to maintain their appetite. That's what makes our coast such an ideal summer feeding ground. We are home to over 100 reefs that contain miles and miles of kelp. This kelp houses the small crustaceans that the Gray Whales eat 1 to 2 tons every day. What a mouthful! Don't miss your chance to come see the whales in action. We have trips going out daily, ocean permitting. Book your next trip online or give us a call at (541) 765-2345.
If you would like to go fishing or whale watching with us please BOOK ONLINE or call (541) 765-2345.

They are both baleen whales and feed on very similar prey which explains why they are often seen in the same geographical areas. As mothers,...... Read More
