With the cold weather settling in over the last couple of weeks, fishing is likely slow at Ben Irving for both warmwater species as well as trout. Anglers may have some success on warmer afternoons fishing for bluegill or bass at the head of the reservoir.

Yaquina River: Fishing has been challenging the past few weeks but it’s starting to pick up
