Trolling and bank fishing will slow down as the water temperatures increase during the summer. Fishing morning and evenings will be the best option for people wanting to catch rainbow trout. Fishing with flies and lures out of a boat in areas where vegetation is limited is the go-to for this lake.‌

Fishing from the bank can be productive, but try casting lures and flies into areas with lower vegetation to catch more fish. As vegetation increases this summer remember to lengthen your leader.
