Hyatt is currently 55 percent full. Fishing has been good so far this season at Hyatt but trout fishing has tapered off a bit with the excessive heat. The most recent report for bass fishing is fish are being caught but some are stunted but a few in the 15-inch range have been reported. Powerbait, night crawlers and spinners have all been productive for trout. Boat anglers have had success in the deeper water and bank anglers have been doing well fishing near the dam. ‌

The only boat ramp currently open at Hyatt to ODFW's knowledge is the un-improved ramp at Wildcat Campground.
