Beulah Reservoir is around 19 percent full with the boat ramp is high and dry -- use caution launching boats. Trout fishing should be great this fall as water temperatures cool. There were some very nice rainbow trout in the reservoir this summer. Bull trout will be entering the reservoir as temperatures cool, if you catch a bull trout you must release it unharmed.
