The Kilchis River is dropping back into low and clear conditions. There are steelhead throughout the fishery. In low water using subtle terminal presentations, lighter line and stealthy tactics can up the odds of success. There are no hatchery releases on the Kilchis, so it's mostly a catch-and-release fishery for wild steelhead.
