We haven't had any recent reports from Phillips Reservoir. It's about 40 percent full, and the boat ramp at Mason Dam should be useable as soon as any remaining ice melts off. There should be trout from last year available to anglers as well as perch.

Anglers may start catching tiger muskies that were released last year. Tiger muskies cannot be harvested and must be released when they are caught.
