The big bugs are out all the way up to Warm Springs.?? Trout are eating them quite well in the late afternoon.?? Some anglers are hitting the surface action on stones just right and some anglers are missing the good action (just depends on what section of river your on).?? Fish are pretty "porked" out right now off of the stonefly nymphs.?? Nymphing during the day has been tough.?? The next 10 days should be prime time from Warm Springs down Harpham Flats.?? Fish are taking Norm Wood Specials, Clark Stones, Rogue Giants and Sofa Pillows.???? There is some?? Pale Morning Dun activity mid-day, and some caddis activity in the evenings.?? A few Green Drakes are out also.??
Suggested Trout patterns for the month of June.?? Surface Hatches:???? Golden Stones, Salmonflies, Spotted Caddis, Pale Evening Duns, Green Drakes and?? Pale Morning Duns.??
