Water Condition: Water is low

Fishing Condition, Techniques and Hatches:The Umpqua Smallmouth are fishing very well right now and it is a good time to start fishing for them. These fish are plentiful and fight hard. Poppers in the morning and evening and anything buggy looking with rubber legs during the day will produce good numbers of fish.
