Angler Victor Arriola checked in with ORFR before the end of 2016. Check out this nice 28 inch Rainbow Trout Victor caught. "I caught this nice Rainbow Trout using a Panther Martin (spinner bait) fishing the Klamath RIver below Keno Dam. It weighed in at 4 pounds and measured 28 inches," said Victor.
