Conditions are unknown Try the Antelope Creek confluence or the shallow weed beds near the dam. Best fished from a boat if you can launch

Willow Valley is a very turbid, desert reservoir. Bass and crappie can be found at the habitat structures placed by BLM and ODFW in the past. Yellow perch are prolific in the reservoir but stunted.
