Following draining of Haystack Reservoir for maintenance, anglers should expect slow fishing until the reservoir can be restocked and fish populations rebound. Haystack Reservoir received several hundred rainbow trout broodstock the last week of March. These fish provide a rare opportunity for anglers to catch a trophy-size rainbow trout. The reservoir is currently 53 percent full and ODFW stocked additional fish the week of April 10-14.
