The Metolius has been fishing well. Dry fly opportunities have been increasing and should continue to with the warm weather forecasted next week. Caddis, PMDs, and small chubby chernobyls have been picking up fish. Green Drakes should start soon so having some patterns in your box is a good idea incase you find yourself in the right place at the right time. Nymphing has been good with leeches, small stones, caddis pupas, two-bits and micro-mays. As always swinging around a large streamer is a good way to try and fool some bulls. The waters above Allingham Bridge open up next monday the 22nd.
