The Crooked river has been fishing well. Nymphing has been hot with jigged leeches, scuds, two-bits, perdigons and zebra midges. Swinging and stripping small buggers like thin mints or bunny busters is always fun on the crooked and a good way to get some grabs. BWO’s will be the main hatch this time of year and should be kept in your crooked box.
