Howard Prairie is 42 percent full. Trout fishing should be fair to good when weather allows access to the reservoir. Try fishing near the dam with Powerbait above a sinker, a worm below a bobber or casting lures.
Anglers are reminded to remove all vegetation from gear, boots and boats before leaving Howard Prairie.
