This is a great time of year to fish Hosmer. Woolly Buggers will by my go to fly especially white ones, yellow can be productive as well. Play around with the retrives to see which is working best. I find that twitches in the fly will entice fish more than the stripping pattern or speed. Don't be afraid to let your flies sit down in the mud up in the clearer water. Will most likely be cold up there too as we have been seeing snow up in the mountains recently. Good Luck
